Modern villa with pool in Marrakech
A two-storey glass façade, photographed at nightfall.
Real estate · Villa, Marrakech · 4 photos
This modern villa opens onto the pool through a large double-height glass façade. The entrance and the dining room follow one another under a crafted wooden ceiling, and a bar area with a screening corner completes the place.
A short set, focused on the images that matter most in a listing: the façade, the living space and the room that sets the property apart.
The façade at blue hour
The opening image is taken just after sunset: the sky is still blue, the inside is lit and so is the pool. It is the moment the glass façade reads best, with the house visible through it.
The interiors
Inside, the framing brings out the wooden ceiling and the height of the windows, while keeping the pool visible outside. The bar area, lit in coloured light, is shot with exposure blending to keep both the mood and the details.
