Contemporary villa in marble and wood in Marrakech
A double-height living room, marble, wood and details chosen one by one.
Real estate · Villa, Marrakech · 10 photos
This contemporary villa plays on contrasts: pale marble floors, wood panelling, tall sheer curtains and graphic furniture. The double-height living room, full of light, sets the tone for the whole house.
The set alternates wide views and close-ups, so a listing shows both the space and the care that went into the interior design.
The living room and the terrace
The living room is photographed so as to keep the full height of the windows and the palm trees behind the curtains. Outside, the terrace table is shot from water level, with the pool in the foreground.
Bedrooms, walk-in closet and bathroom
Each bedroom has its own mood: a rounded headboard and wooden closet, a picture window onto the garden, soft tones. The walk-in closet and the bathroom, with its freestanding tub and gold fittings, are framed to show storage and finishes.
The details
A woven basket on marble, decorative objects: these close-ups work as well in listings as on social media, where they tell the style of the house in one image.
