Contemporary villa with a cinema room in Marrakech
Clean lines, light materials and a cinema room under a starry ceiling.

This contemporary villa is laid out around a large living space open onto the garden and the pool: kitchen island, dining table and lounge run all the way to the glass doors, and the bedrooms open straight outside. It also hides a cinema room with a starry ceiling.
For a property like this, photos have to convey light and materials: stone, wood, fabrics, pale floors. We worked in natural light for the living spaces and took care over the lighting of the darker rooms.
A living space open onto the pool
The wide view shows how the kitchen, the table and the lounge lead on to the glass doors. Framing stays at eye level, verticals are straight and the garden stays visible through the windows.
Bedrooms and bathroom
The bedrooms were photographed when the sun comes in through the windows, to show the light you really get there. The bathroom, often hard to frame, is shot with a controlled wide angle to keep clean lines.
The cinema room and the night
A windowless room calls for another approach: several exposures to keep the ceiling’s points of light, the wood and the sofas all at once. At nightfall, the pool, the sunken outdoor lounge and the lit façade give the image that opens the set.
