Every shoot starts with a walkthrough: we pick the angles that tell the story of the place and the time of day when the light flatters it. In Marrakech that often means the morning for interiors and golden hour for the pool, terraces and facades.

Villas, riads, apartments: each property has its own light
A villa in the Palmeraie or on the Ourika road is shot with its volumes and its garden; a riad in the Medina with its patio, zellige, carved ceilings and play of shadows; an apartment in Gueliz or Hivernage with its living spaces and its view. We adapt framing and retouching to the property without distorting it: true colours, no warping wide angles.
For short-term rentals, the set follows a guest’s path: arrival, living room, each bedroom and its bathroom, the kitchen, the terrace, then the details that make the difference. Formats are ready for Airbnb, Booking and your own website.
Pricing and turnaround
A real estate photo shoot in Marrakech starts at 2,000 MAD, retouching included. The final quote depends on the size of the property, the number of photos and the options (video, twilight shots). Retouched photos are delivered within 3 to 5 working days in a private online gallery, with the right to use them to sell or rent the property.
For agencies and developers with properties to shoot regularly, we provide a quote based on volume.

How many photos for a villa or a riad?
Usually 25 to 40 photos for a villa or a riad, 15 to 25 for an apartment. We discuss it before the shoot depending on the use: sale, long-term rental or Airbnb.
Should the property be prepared before the shoot?
Yes: we send a simple checklist (beds made, counters cleared, pool clean, lights working). An hour of preparation changes the result a lot.
Do you travel outside Marrakech?
Yes, anywhere in Morocco: Agafay, Ourika, Essaouira, Casablanca, Agadir, Tangier and beyond. Travel costs are stated in the quote.
